In the dissertation the theoretical generalization and the new solution of the scientific problem of administrative and legal regulation of social relations in the field of education were made, which laid the basis for the development of appropriate conceptual and methodological principles aimed at solving relevant scientific and applied problems in the field of administrative law and can be used for formation systematic implementation of legislative support for the reform of the national educational sphere. An analysis of the legal principles of the Bologna process and the creation of a European educational space with the aim of implementing the relevant norms in domestic educational legislation, as well as the study of domestic legislative, organizational, legal and content support for the introduction of the Bologna Process in Ukraine is carried out. The concept of the distinction of purely educational legal relations as an independent internal organization category of legal relations is proposed. The administrative-legal mechanism of public administration in the educational sphere of Ukraine is analyzed with the aim of improving its legal and regulatory framework. The administrative procedure of election of heads of institutions of higher education has been characterized and suggestions for its improvement have been submitted. The subjects of formation and realization of the state policy in the field of education are determined. The analysis of the content of legal responsibility of subjects of implementation of state policy in the field of education is carried out. The peculiarities of administrative procedures as a factor of ensuring the quality of educational services provision and suggestions for their improvement are described. The normative aspects of accreditation and licensing of educational activities with the aim of improving their administrative and legal regulation are analyzed. The administrative and legal support of innovative technologies in the field of education is considered. Strategic vectors of state policy development in the field of education are outlined. The administrative and informational and legal support of the management of education is analyzed with the purpose of determining the priority directions of the reforming of the educational model and ways of their legal regulation. The problems are identified and the prospects of law-making support for reforming the education industry are outlined.
