Essay

Thesis is devoted to ensuring the reliability of metal smoke and ventilation pipes and their bearing towers taking into account power, dynamic, corrosion, temperature and operational influences over a long period of the operation. In the framework of the work, numerous natural examinations of metal smoke and ventilation pipes and their bearing towers, laboratory and theoretical researches of their work have been performed, methods and methods for determining the durability and leaving the resource, ensuring safe operation and conservation have been developed and substantiated. Based on data of field surveys, analytical and numerical studies have further developed the consideration of the effect of wind loads on metal chimneys and bearing towers, the determination of patterns of multi-cycle and small-scale damage to metal constructions, an analysis of the formation and development of damage from corrosion processes and high-temperature influences, development of deformation aging. A typology of defects and damage to metal chimneys and bearing towers, lining of chimneys has been developed, a statistical estimation of the magnitudes and nature of damages has been made, the definition of the category of danger of the main types of defects and damage has been improved, the maximum permissible values of damage are determined depending on categories of danger and technical condition. The results of the work were used in the development of the association standard CA-03-006-08 "Methodological instructions for technical maintenance, repair, inspection, industrial safety analysis of industrial buildings and structures" (2008), the standard of self-regulatory organization SRT SRO ETMP-3-2016 "Technique of examination of technical condition of industrial chimneys and ventilation pipes", as well as in the development of a regulatory document: DBN V.2.6-98-2009 "Concrete and reinforced concrete structures. Basics of designing", and the total economic effect from the introduction of the results of work is more than 2.5 million UAN.
