Horodetska I. Administrative-legal regulation of protection, use and reproduction of the animal world of Ukraine.

The dissertation presents the concept of administrative-legal regulation of the public relations in area of protection, use and reproduction of animal world in Ukraine, and gives formulations of scientifically substantiated conclusions and proposals on its development and improvement. It is proven, that the essence of administrative-legal regulation of the public relations in area of protection, use and reproduction of animal world is manifested through the prism of the ratio of needs (interests) of the subjects of these relations (which may be met through the tools of administrative-legal regulation) and the purpose of administrative-legal regulation, provided that the latter is correlated with the general objective of legal regulation of the considered social relations.
