Essay

The thesis focuses on the issue of methodical training of future primary school teachers in methodological, theoretical, practical, and technological aspects. The essence of methodical training of future primary school teachers is revealed, as well as the content of structural components (motivational-target, cognitive, methodical-activity, and analytical-effective components) and functions (orientation-stimulating, didactic-professional, productive-procedural, educational-upbringing, diagnostic-correctional). The research theoretically substantiates the system (methodological-target, structural-content, technological, diagnostical subsystems) of methodical training of future primary school teachers. It also experimentally proves efficiency of using the system in methodical training. The pedagogical conditions that stimulate effective functioning of the methodical training system are highlighted. The criteria, indicators, levels of methodical competence of future primary school teachers are specified. Field – pedagogy.
