Emec L. Administrative and Legal Principles of Management in the Field of Ensuring Environmental Safety of the State

The dissertation is focused on the analysis of administrative and legal mechanism of the implementation of the state customs policy in Ukraine. The author of this paper has determined the essence of environmental safety as an object of administrative and legal regulation. The author has characterized the essence of management in the field of ensuring environmental safety of the state and its significance. The principles and functions of management in the field of ensuring environmental safety of the state have been generalized. Specific features of the activities of subjects of management in the field of ensuring the country’s environmental safety have been determined. The essence of the forms of management in the field of ensuring environmental safety of the state (legal and organizational) has been characterized.
