Ruseckiy A. Administrative and Legal Ensuring of Interaction and Coordination of Activities of Law Enforcement Agencies at the Regional Level in Ukraine

The author of the dissertation has provided theoretical synthesis and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is to determine the essence and peculiarities of administrative and legal provision of interaction and coordination of law enforcement agencies’ activities at the regional level in Ukraine. The concept of interaction and coordination of the activity of law enforcement agencies at the regional level has been clarified; criteria of their differentiation have been offered. It has been argued that the interaction of the activity of law enforcement agencies at the regional level is the organizational form of consolidated, systematically formed activity of law enforcement agencies in the territory of a certain region, which is granted by authoritative and compulsory powers and is manifested in the exchange of information between law enforcement agencies; joint implementation of special measures aimed at achieving mutually defined tasks; joint solution of other organizational and tactical issues.
