Tkachuk T. Legal providing of information security in conditions of European integration of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the problem of legal security of information security of the state, the comparative way of considering the relevant practices in European countries. On this theoretical and empirical ground in the dissertation the solution of the actual scientific problem is proposed - the development of conceptual legal principles of providing information security of the state and practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of its implementation in Ukraine. The genesis of theories and concepts of legal security of information security of the state is explored, on this theoretical basis the author's vision of the content "state information security" is substantiated. The object and subject of legal support of information security of the state are determined. The author's conception about the doctrinal position regarding the object of legal support of information security of the state is proposed and substantiated, including national interests, values, goals and achievements in the information sphere in the sphere of its influence.
