Essay

Thesis contains a complex and systematic analysis of theoretical and practical issues related to the organizational and legal provision of management of communal property in Ukraine. Particular attention is drawn to the issues of the object-subjective structure of legal relations in the field of community property management. The forms, methods, and principles of community property management are investigated. It is proved that the management of community property objects is the exercise of powers by local self-government bodies in realizing the rights related to the possession, use and disposal of these objects in order to meet the needs of the territorial community.
