The author has formulated proposals for improving the implementation of control in the field of entrepreneurial activity including improving the administrative and legal principles of corruption prevention; administrative and legal principles of control in the social entrepreneurship field; the need to improve the relevant legislative framework to meet the individual needs of every region of Ukraine, where high attention is paid to the development of entrepreneurship; the creation of an internal economic security system for business entities.
