Essay

The thesis presents the experimental and theoretical substantiation and practical application of "Kvertulin", which includes quercetin, inulin and calcium citrate for solving the actual problem of surgical dentistry and maxillofacial surgery, aimed at increasing the effectiveness of complex therapeutic and prophylactic measures in patients with traumatic damage Infiltration of the maxillofacial area with the background of pathology of the hepatobiliary system. Experimental studies on the effect of "Kvertulin" on the functioning of the hepatobiliary system and the regeneration of soft tissues and the mandible showed that in obstructive and toxic hepatitis, more pronounced local inflammatory reactions are noted with lesions of soft tissues of the maxillofacial area and traumatic defects of the mandible , with the deteriorating conditions of regeneration. Pathomorphological studies of bone tissue showed that with a violation of the hepatobiliary system, there is a significant reduction in the specific volume of bone marrow and bone marrow, which is significantly improved with the use of Kvertulin. On the basis of the performed researches, a high level of activity of the complex hepatoprotectron drug "Kvertulin" on the regenerative properties of soft and firm tissues of the maxillofacial area in patients with hepatobiliary pathology was established, accelerating them. Significant differences (p <0.5) were found between the indicators in the groups that had hepatobiliary pathology and without it, those who received complex hepatoprotective therapy and without it, patients with wounds and fractures of the mandible.
