The object of research is the system of administration at enterprises as components of management. The purpose of the research is to develop conceptual, theoretical and methodological and methodical and applied principles of construction and use of administrative systems at enterprises taking into account the European integration processes. The author used the methods: system, grouping and systematization, hierarchy analysis, empirical research, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, structural and logical analysis, fuzzy sets, correlation-regression analysis, expert evaluations, morphological analysis, graphic. The theoretical value of the results of the dissertation work is to study the theoretical foundations for the formation and use of administrative systems at the enterprises taking into account the European integration processes. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: for the first time the concept of the construction and use of administrative systems in the management of enterprises has been developed taking into account the European integration processes in the context of specifying the place of these systems in the activities of the subject of management and its management technology, the method of diagnosing administration systems in the management of enterprises, the model for diagnosing the stability of administration systems in the management of enterprises; improved scientific and methodological provisions on the formation of the cost of the project construction of the administration system in the management of enterprises, the method of assessing the level of formation of administration systems in the management of enterprises, the model of the formation of administrative systems in the management of enterprises, a complex of indicators of evaluation of administration systems in the management of enterprises; the essence of the concept of administration, typology of types of documentation in administration systems, classification of factors of construction and use of administrative systems in the management of enterprises, typology of administration systems in the management of enterprises, principles of construction and use of administration systems in the management of organizations is developed.
