Rieznik O. Administrative and legal framework for the activity of law-enforcement agencies ensuring financial and economic security of Ukraine

The thesis deals with the analysis of the administrative and legal framework for the activity of law-enforcement agencies ensuring the financial and economic security of Ukraine. It clarifies the concept and generalizes the features of financial and economic security as a component of national security of the state and the object of administrative and legal protection. The essence of the administrative and legal mechanism for ensuring the financial and economic security of Ukraine, the place of law-enforcement agencies in the specified mechanism are determined. The stages of formation of law-enforcement agencies ensuring financial and economic security of Ukraine are outlined. The administrative and legal framework for the organization and activity of law-enforcement agencies ensuring the financial and economic security of Ukraine are classified. The thesis reveals the concept and structure of the administrative and legal status of law-enforcement agencies ensuring the financial and economic security of Ukraine. It specifies the purpose, tasks, functions, competence, powers, organizational and staff structure, legal guarantees and liability as elements of the administrative and legal status of law-enforcement agencies ensuring the financial and economic security of Ukraine. The thesis characterizes levels and areas, administrative and legal forms and methods, organizational framework for the activity of law-enforcement agencies ensuring financial and economic security of Ukraine. The foreign experience of the organization and activity of law enforcement agencies ensuring financial and economic security is generalized and the possibilities of its use in Ukraine are outlined. The areas for optimization of activity of law-enforcement agencies ensuring financial and economic security of Ukraine, coordination and interaction between them are proposed. Proposals on improving the evaluation of the activity of law-enforcement agencies ensuring the financial and economic security of Ukraine are provided.
