The monograph complex administrative-legal analysis of the paradigm of executive power in Ukraine was carried out in the dissertation. It is proved that the paradigm of executive power of Ukraine should be formulated taking into account the socio-political peculiarities of the development of Ukrainian society and the underlying processes that take place there. Instead, the borrowing of foreign experience in the functioning of executive models requires consideration of external threats and internal factors, the construction of the necessary infrastructure, further decentralization and the maximum promotion of civil society institutions. The theoretical and methodological bases of the research of executive power in Ukraine in the modern conditions of development of society are analyzed. Complex administrative and legal analysis of the concept, content and functions of executive power as a sphere of public management activity is carried out.
