The object of the research is the process of formation and development of clustering of national economy. The research aims to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological and applied provisions concerning the formation and development of clustering of national economy. The author used such methods as: theoretical generalization and systematization, grouping and systematization, analysis and synthesis, comparison, correlation-regression analysis, optimization methods, expert evaluations, matrix methods, economic and mathematical analysis, advanced method of radars, morphological analysis, graphical representation of the obtained results. The theoretical value of the thesis refers to the study of the theoretical principles the formation and development of clustering of national economy. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time the methodology of flexible cluster management was developed, the mechanism of formation and development of clusterization systems of the national economy was substantiated, the two groups of factors of formation of national economy clusterization were identified, the procedure for taking into account the clusterization of the national economy, the model of financial support of the cluster activity, the toolkit for assessing the level of threats to clusterization of the national economy, formal and informal measures to improve the information structure Second in the process of Clustering of the national economy developed theoretical principles of clustering, general and special methods of clustering, classification factors influencing the formation and development of the national economy clustering sequence analysis of clustering development prospects of the national economy..
