Haidai O. Strategy for ensuring competitiveness of Ukrainian agrarian sector

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and the development of practical recommendations on the formation and implementation of a strategy for ensuring the competitiveness of the agrarian sector. The study clarifies the content of the concept of "competitiveness of the agrarian sector" as the ability of all its areas in aggregate to develop and implement products more attractive to consumers at price and non-price parameters than the products of competitors, while at the same time achieving the long-term goals of sustainable development with the use of innovative means of production in the context of the transition agrarian sector in a qualitatively new state. It has been determined that the system of competitiveness of the agrarian sector is an integrated orderly set of methodological support (principles, methods, functions, etc.), resource potential (natural resources, material and technical resources, financial resources, labor resources, information resources), subsystems (technology of cultivation with. agricultural crops and animals; technology of commodity processing, storage and processing of agrarian products; requirements and quality control of agrarian products in accordance with the standards) oriented to the formation of a strategist taking into account resource, intellectual, market and innovation components.
