The paper is one of the first complex monographic researches in the national administrative legal science devoted to the theoretical and legal principles of systematization of administrative legislation in health care in Ukraine. The dissertation presents theoretical generalization and new solution for the scientific problem, that is, studies the essence of systematization of administrative legislation in health care, marks its specific features which determine its unique nature and formulates the author’s definition.
