Khridochkin A. Public administration in the intellectual property sphere of Ukraine

Comprehensive research on public administration problems in the intellectual property sphere of Ukraine is done in the dissertation. The author’s definition of public administration in intellectual property sphere is formulated and its object is defined. It is proved that the intellectual property sphere, as an object of public administration, is a set of social and legal institutions, which elements are objects of intellectual property, subjects of intellectual property rights, intellectual property legislation, subjects of public administration in the intellectual property sphere and the institute of legal liability for intellectual property rights violation. The content of the state policy on public administration in the intellectual property sphere is determined, including its purpose, tasks, principles and priority directions.
