The thesis deals with substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles of methodical and applied regulations on institutionalization of investment security of Ukraine facing modern challenges. Institutional development theories of social and economic systems have been studied. Genesis of theories of investment state security and its institutionalization has been clarified. Objective and subjective characteristics of investment state security have been mentioned. Methodological approaches to development of institute of investment state security have been explained. Basic threats of state investment security have been determined. Conceptual principles of state policy of institutionalization investment security have been determined. Investment state of Ukraine in global system of investment space has been considered. Evaluation and modeling of investment security at macro level have been carried out. Investment security at mezo level and micro level has been analyzed. Evaluation of reasons for investment security implementation of national economy at nano level has been carried out. Development of competitive conditions in system of determinant of investment security implementation has been studied. Unshadowing of economy as a way of institutional precondition of investment activity has been determined. Ways of persistence to institutionalization of opportunistic behavior of investment process entities within investment state security have been suggested. Organizational and institutional mechanisms of investment security implementation have been studied. Ways of modernization of institutional and legal implementation of investment state security have been determined. System of institutionalization investment security of Ukraine has been developed.
