Essay

Theoretical and practical foundations of forming individual strategies of health saving of the future bachelors of natural specialties on the bases of interdisciplinary integration have been considered and grounded in the dissertation research. Synergistic, systemic, qualimetric, functional, axiological, personally-oriented, acmeological, competence and active approaches have been defined and implemented. The author’s interpretation of the category «individual strategies of health saving of the future bachelors of natural specialties» has been implemented. It is a verbalized over-biological program of healthy life of a personality, which reflects the integrative system of invariant motives of leading healthy lifestyle, valuable orientations, health saving knowledge, abilities and skill, the experience of health creation and it is distinguished by well-thought out correlation of personal goals in health saving and means of achieving them, it ensures the priority of health and focuses on the long-term perspective. The essence and the content of components of readiness of the future bachelors of natural specialties to the development and realization of health saving individual strategies have been improved and concretized (motivational-axiological, cognitive-educational, behavioral-active, personally-reflexive), criteria (motivational – stable motivation of the future bachelors of natural specialties to saving and strengthening of individual health, awareness of health value as a goal of personal development; cognitive – the ability of students to integrate health saving knowledge into the process of creating individual strategies of health saving; procedural – the display by the future bachelors of natural specialties of the algorithmic abilities and skills in the organization of individual health saving life activity on the basis of using principles of healthy lifestyles and physical culture-sports means of health saving and strengthening; personal – implementation of systematic self-analysis, self-control of the efficiency of individual health saving and self-esteem, self-correction of reserve resources of the organism) and four levels: indifferent (low), basic (satisfactory), progressive (sufficient), creative (high). The conception and the system of forming individual strategies of health saving of the future bachelors of natural specialties on the bases of interdisciplinary integration as well as the structural-functional model of such a system have been worked out. The effectiveness of realization of pedagogical conditions that are the part of the author’s system has been theoretically substantiated, experimentally checked and proved (providing the invariant motivation of students to systematic individual health creation in everyday life activity; distinguishing of qualimetric grounded blocks of health saving information in the disciplines of humanitarian, socio-economical, professional and practical training of the future bachelors of natural specialties by quantification of internal and interdisciplinary relationships; creation of interdisciplinary-integrative environment for the purposeful enrichment of abilities, skills, experience and strengthening of students’ health on the basis of using psycho-physiological reserves of human organism; organization of individual work of the future bachelors of natural specialties in the direction of development and realization of individual strategies of health saving). The comparative analysis of the results of the experimental research showed that according to all the defined criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of the future bachelors of natural specialties to the development and implementation of individual strategies of health saving was formed better in the experimental groups than in control ones, indicating the effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical system, pedagogical conditions and the author’s structural-functional model. To verify the probability of the obtained results and determine the reliability of the experimental research, statistical methods for processing the data of the pedagogical experiment in the way of determining the F-criterion (Fisher criterion) have been used.
