Essay

The thesis substantiated the theoretical and methodological basis for managing the competitive advantages of an enterprise. The scientific views on the essence were developed, the elements and determinants of formation were highlighted, the characteristics of competitive advantages, supplemented their classification. The essence of competitive advantages is identified through elements that, when conducting a analysis, point to a difference from competitors, clearly outline the outlines of problem areas and determine the need to introduce innovative components. The essence of management of competitive advantages of enterprises is revealed, goals, principles, functions and tasks are highlighted. Methodological foundations of sustainable innovation development have been formed in the aspect of managing competitive advantages in the context of information asymmetry, and the categorical and conceptual framework has been clarified. The methodological basis of the study has been studied and the concept of managing the competitive advantages of telecommunications enterprises has been proposed. The interdependence between the competitive advantages of telecommunications enterprises and the sustainable innovative development of the business environment has been formed. The concept of managing the competitive advantages of enterprises through a holistic approach with NBIC-components has been developed. Proved the feasibility of introducing innovative management of competitive advantages of the enterprise, based on the convergence of information technology (Info-) with nanotechnology (Nano-), biotechnology (Bio-) and cognitive (Cogno-) sciences, called NBIC-convergence. Management of competitive advantages of the enterprise, based on a holistic approach using NBIC-components, is presented as a complex combination of theoretical positions of the system, resource, situational and synergistic approaches with the integrativity of the enterprise's business processes to the innovations of NBIC-convergence.
