Shevchenko S. Concept of improving the efficiency of machine use in crop production through condition-based maintenance

A new solution of the scientific problem of increasing machine use efficiency is presented, the concept of which is a probabilistic analysis of the failure impact on the plant coefficient of biopotential realization and an equivalent availability ratio as a productivity indicator, an assessment of the compliance of the machine maintenance with the requirements, an optimization of the condition-based maintenance of the machine units using methods that do not require prior determination of the diagnostic parameter trend. The scientific novelty of the study is to establish the relationship between the efficiency of using machines for the crop production, the defect appearance intensity, the dependence of the yield on the time, the defect development intensity, its acousticemissive diagnostic property, and the preventive replacement threshold for the condition-based maintenance.
