The thesis is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodological and applied bases of formation of complex system of monitoring and control of financial and economic results of activity of the food enterprises. The concept of formation of a qualitatively new flexible subsystem of internal control in the food enterprise management system, in accordance with the ratio of elements of centralization and decentralization of management functions within enterprises and associations. The mechanism of financial and economic security as an element of the mechanism of management of the food enterprise which characterizes interrelation and interaction between separate processes of financial and economic activity of the enterprise is offered.
