Yakovlieva G. Subjects of social security law.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of general principles and features of legal regulation of the legal status of subjects of social security law. A thorough research of the general theoretical issues on social security law, its scope and nature of social function of the state has been carried out, which made it possible to provide a logical and systematic analysis of the place of studies on the subjects of social security law in the given branch of law. The work represents a comprehensive and holistic coverage of issues of subjects of social security law: the main logical and methodological approaches to the formation of legal structures of the subjects of the social security law have been defined, the definition of the concept of the subjects of the social security law has been provided, the correlation between the mentioned concept and other related categories have been analyzed, the classification of these subjects has been carried out, special issues of legal regulation of the legal status of the state as a subject of guarantee in the social security law have been covered as well as the legal status of a person who has fallen into a difficult life situation and service subjects of the social security law. The legal features of key concepts and categories have been identified and researched, the categorical and conceptual apparatus on the given issue has been discovered and improved: «subjects of social security law», «service subjects of social security law», «legal status of a person who has fallen into a difficult life situation», «generally accepted standard of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the subjects of social security law», «social risk», «field of social security law» etc. The analysis of generally accepted standard of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the subjects of social security law has been done. Thus in the context of implementation of these standards in the social security sector of Ukraine, and in the light of the study material, the strategy for improving social security law of Ukraine has been outlined, its impact on the legal status of subjects of social security law has been analyzed.
