Essay

The dissertation is devoted to systematization of theoretical and methodological bases and substantiation of practical recommendations on development of modern methods and mechanisms and concepts of formation of corporate culture of industrial enterprises. The research analyzes the scientific-theoretical and methodological provisions that reveal the functional importance of corporate culture. Identified and justified the priority functions of the culture of enterprises. The mechanism of modeling, design and implementation of missing values in the culture of the enterprise for the implementation of its target strategy is proposed. The tools of introduction of the system of new organizational values defined. The methodical recommendations on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the transformation of corporate culture investigated.
