In the dissertation complex problems of legal regulation of internal labor regulations are investigated. The concept and essence of internal labor regulations are considered, its legal nature is revealed and its content is characterized. A retrospective of this legal phenomenon was found out, as well as comparative legal analysis of labor discipline and internal labor regulations. The structure and components of internal labor regulations are developed. Specifics of methods of legal regulation of internal labor regulations are determined. A theoretical and legal analysis of ways to ensure internal labor regulations is carried out. A description of the forms of legal regulation of internal labor regulations has been carried out. The mechanism of legal regulation of internal labor regulations is analyzed. The international legal and local regulation of internal labor regulations is revealed. The classification of guarantees of internal labor regulations is given, features of legal responsibility for violation of internal labor regulations are explored. The analysis of problems and disadvantages of legal regulation of internal labor regulations is carried out. The aspect of improving the legal regulation of internal labor regulations, including on the basis of positive foreign experience, is highlighted.
