Horokh A. Release from Punishment and from the Service of Punishment under the Criminal Code of Ukraine

The dissertation is a complex and system scientific research of the modern issues of the release from punishment according to the criminal law of Ukraine. The concept of an effective system of kinds of release from punishment was developed. The research studies the institute of the release from punishment as a structural element of the criminal law of Ukraine. The notion of the criminal law institute of the release from punishment was defined. Gives grounds to the efficiency of its institute. The dissertation defines the notion of the release from punishment system and its sub- systems. By means of system analysis of the legislation of criminal justice, the methods of eliminating collisions between the rules on the release from punishment were defined.
