The thesis is predicated on a theoretical and methodological development of the basics and applied essentials of a telecommunication enterprise’s investment activity management based the principles of “economic value”. An integrated approach to the application of value-based management and stakeholder theory is proposed. The substantive aspects and definitions of “economic value”, “utility” and “cost” of an enterprise’s investment activity are formulated. The development conditions and investment processes of Ukraine’s telecommunication sphere are analyzed. The conditions and results of Ukrainian telecommunication enterprises’ investment activity, features of their funding, and the investment problems are systematized. The international experience of telecommunication enterprises’ operating and investment activities and the development operational components are generalized. A combined approach to create the information and analytical support of a telecommunication enterprise’s economic activities is improved. The methodology instruments to the economic analysis of telecommunication enterprise’s investment activity results and amortization policy are formulated. The theoretical and methodical aspects of an application the strategic budgeting technologies in an enterprise’s investment activity are systematized. The organizational and economic essentials that are concerned the crowdfunding implementation are formulated. The scientific and methodological aspects the initial public offering application for funding the telecommunication enterprises activity are specified. The determinants of a telecommunication enterprise’s investment activity are substantiated. The specific economic factors of operating activity and the conditions of investment activity, which are had to take into account by a telecommunication enterprise to create of economic value added, are identified. The conceptual model of telecommunication enterprise’s investment activity management on the principles of an economic value is established.
