Kerniakevych-Tanasiichuk J. Criminal-executive policy of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the complex study of the criminal-executive policy as an integral part of the Ukrainian policy in the sphere of the fight against crime. The first section of the thesis determines the place of the Ukrainian criminal-executive policy within the system of politics regarding the sphere of the fight against crime. Thus, we have defined it, as a component part of the internal legal policy of the state in the sphere of fight against crime, that specifies the principles, strategy, tasks, and directions for the law-making and law enforcement activity of the state within the execution of penalties sentenced by courts to the individuals found guilty of committing crimes. It is established that the criminal-executive policy is determined by the system of such elements as participants in policy, object, subject, and directions.
