In the dissertation the complex scientific research of conceptual questions of theory and practice of administrative-legal regulation of education of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration processes is carried out. The historiography of problems and directions of scientific research is considered, the theoretical and methodological principles of scientific research of conceptual questions of theory and practice of administrative-legal regulation of education of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration processes are analyzed.
