In the dissertation the complex scientific research of conceptual questions of theory and practice of administrative-legal regulation of education of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration processes is carried out. The historiography of problems and directions of scientific research is considered, the theoretical and methodological principles of scientific research of conceptual questions of theory and practice of administrative-legal regulation of education of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration processes are analyzed. The legal principles of formation of the modern state policy in the field of education are explored. The content and essence of the administrative-legal regulation of education of Ukraine in the context of state-building processes are determined. The administrative-legal regulation of preschool education, school education and inclusive education in Ukraine is analyzed. The formation of administrative and legal support of higher education is analyzed. The analysis of legal policy in the field of education in the context of innovative development of the state is carried out. The main tasks and principles of formation of state educational policy in the context of European integration processes are outlined; The legal basis for financing education in Ukraine as a factor in ensuring the constitutional rights to education is determined. The content and principles of education management are analyzed. The administrative and legal regulation of the state supervision and control in the field of education is described. The main tendencies of education development in the conditions of European integration and globalization are outlined. The right to education in international legal acts is analyzed.
