Іn the dissertation the theoretical and methodological, methodical and applied principles are substantiated, as well as practical recommendations for the solution of an important scientific problem of generation and implementation of innovation and investment strategies for managing the competitiveness of agrarian enterprises. The genesis of the conceptual-categorical apparatus of strategic management of competitiveness of agrarian enterprises is explored. Identified competitive structures of target markets and competitiveness potential of agrarian enterprises. The directions of implementation of innovation-investment model of development in the management of agrarian enterprises are substantiated. The methodological foundations of identifying the potential of competitiveness in the structure of the economic potential of the agrarian enterprise are determined. A comparison of functional, instrumental and process management concepts for competitiveness development is performed. The principles of innovative orientation of investment activity in the system of formation of competitive advantages of agrarian enterprises are determined. Assessment of the level of economic efficiency and competitiveness of domestic agrarian enterprises is carried out. The tendencies of innovation-investment activity of domestic agrarian enterprises and their object orientation are revealed. The potential of competitiveness in the system of strategic management of innovation and investment activity of agrarian enterprises is identified. The architecture and architectonics of mechanisms of strategic management of innovation-investment activity and competitiveness of agrarian enterprises are substantiated. The directions and ways of integration of tools of strategic management of competitive development into agribusiness enterprises management systems are determined. Strategic directions for the development of the competitiveness potential of agrarian enterprises have been identified. The sources and tools for investing innovative projects for the development of agrarian enterprises are outlined. The typology of strategies and applied identification of strategic alternatives for the development of the competitiveness potential of agrarian enterprises are substantiated. The procedural aspects of generation and implementation of strategies for developing the competitiveness potential of agrarian enterprises are described. The integral concept of managing the development of the competitiveness potential of agrarian enterprises in the process of implementation of innovative innovation model of development in their management is substantiated based on a combination of productive components and elements of functional, instrumental and process approaches in their dialectical unity and direction of influence on a joint management object. The methodological principles of site identification and functional loading of the competitiveness potential in the structure of the economic potential of the agrarian enterprise are determined on the basis of the formalization of the attraction of components of economic potential for the formation of competitive advantages of products. The theoretical and applied principles of constructing a synthesized mechanism of strategic management of innovation and investment activity and competitiveness based on the tools for identifying the consequences of investing in innovative projects of creating sustainable competitive advantages of agrarian enterprises and their products are grounded. The methodological approach to the identification of competitive structures of target markets, which involves the allocation of functionally-separated groups of its subjects, determination of levels of concentration of capital and economic efficiency of the main activity, is also improved, which also allows to carry out an assessment of the potential of the competitiveness of agrarian enterprises.
