The dissertation is a theoretical and experimental study of the didactic principles of forming the leadership competency of future bachelors in management in the educational environment of the university. The content and structure of leadership competence of future bachelors in management are analyzed. The structural components of leadership competences of future bachelors in management are identified and characterized: cognitive, integrative, activity and personal. The personal component reflects the complex of leadership features and qualities required for successful senior managers. At the methodological, theoretical, technological and methodological levels, an author's conception of forming the leadership competence of future bachelors of management in the educational environment of the University is proposed. It is singled out that the didactic conditions for forming the leadership competence of future bachelors from management are theoretically substantiated and implemented. The didactic system of forming the leadership competency of future bachelors of management in the educational environment of the university was developed and experimentally tested.The scientific and methodological support of the process of formation of leadership competence of future bachelors in management is offered. On the basis of the research and experimental verification of the didactic system, the effectiveness of the practical implementation of the recommended provisions regarding the formation of the leadership competency of future bachelors of management in the educational environment of the University has been proved.
