Kazarian H. Institutional regulation of socio-economic provision of persons with disabilities: theory, methodology, practice

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of practical recommendations for improving the institutional regulation of social and economic provision of persons with disabilities. The definition of the category "socio-economic provision of persons with disabilities" is substantiated, which is proposed to be considered as a process or result of the proper functioning of the institutional regulation mechanism in the context of the implementation of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of persons with disabilities in various spheres of their life, which are regulated and guaranteed by the state. It is proposed to determine the system of social and economic provision of persons with disabilities as a set of separate subjects, components, elements that are in constant interconnection, interdependence and interaction in the process of disclosure of the composition and content of socio-economic provision of persons with disabilities, based on the principles and methods of its institutional regulation. The scheme of the integrated mechanism of institutional regulation of socio-economic provision of persons with disabilities aimed at solving life-related socio-economic problems and needs, which involves the implementation of specialized mechanisms, is developed. The necessity of the development and implementation of the concept of institutional regulation of socio-economic provision of persons with disabilities is substantiated.
