Kutsevych M. Problems of protection of labor rights of an employee by means of criminal law.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the actual theoretical and practical problems of labor rights protection of workers by means of criminal law. The concept of protection of labor rights of the employee by means of criminal law is formulated. In the work the socio-legal bases of the crimes against labor rights of the worker in the areas of modern Ukraine and the means of their criminal-legal protection are analyzed, implements the socio-criminological characteristics of violations of labor rights of the worker, defines the problems of forming the modern concept of protecting labor rights of the employee by means of criminal law. The problems of qualification of crimes against labor rights of an employee under the Criminal Code of Ukraine are singled out. The attention was paid to the positive foreign experience of protecting labor rights of the employee by means of criminal law and indicated on the ways of its borrowing.
