The subject of investigation are the processes of industrial enterprises development. The objective of the work is the development of theoretical regulations, scientific-methodological approach and practical recommendations of the industrial enterprises development system-reflexive managementare worked out. General scientific methods such as: dialectical cognition, morphological analyses, abstract-logical approach concerning the problemsformulation , specification of the conceptual-categorical apparatus, theoretical generalization of the development management and the problems of the system-reflexive development management, statistics analysis, functional synthesis, syngretic and hierarchial approach: economic-mathematical modelling and dynamic programming, experimental, graphical and tabulated methods are used by the author. Theoretical values is in the formation of the industrial enterprises development system-reflexive management concept via the system-reflexive influence methods and mechanisms interactions: forecasting, planning and control, financing(investments). The scientific novelty is the solution of the problem of system-reflexive management usage in modern conditions. The subject of investigation is the complex of theoretical-methodological and the applied aspects of the methods and models of the industrial enterprisessystem-reflexive development management. The sphere of the author's recommendations usage are the native industrial enterprises , higher educational establishments, authorities.
