Essay

This thesis deals with the problems of developing doctrinal theoretical and methodological support and practical implementation of the principles of constitutional legal regulation of interconfessional relations in Ukraine. The main emphasis of the research is on the analysis of the current state of domestic practice of constitutional and legal regulation of interconfessional relations, the study of international and European standards governing the religious sphere, as well as the foreign experience of organizing the model of state-church relations.
