Object: the process of development of tourism enterprises. Purpose: to substantiate theoretical and methodological principles and to develop practical recommendations for the development of tourism enterprises on an innovative basis. Methods: logical generalization, grouping, analysis and synthesis), statistical methods, economic and mathematical forecasting, theoretical generalization, strategic management, system approach. It is offered: the methodological principles of development of the strategy of multisystem innovative development of tourism enterprises are defined; scientifically substantiated theoretical-methodological and applied provisions of the formation and implementation of the management and infrastructure mechanism; the conceptual approach to the identification and approval of the "map" of the parameters of innovative development is developed; the methodical tool for evaluating the innovative development of tourist enterprises has been improved. Scope of usage: Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, tourist enterprises.
