Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving the actual scientific problem, which consists in the development of scientifically substantiated complex theoretical and methodological tools for planning of optimal risks management in the field of occupational health and safety and finding the probability of occupational dangers origin and principles of automated complex protection of employees from the negative influence of danger, harmful productive and other factors within the functioning of the systems "man - machine - environment" to provide a systematic approach risks management of occupational dangers origin in occupational health and safety systems in enterprises, institutions and organizations. According to the results of the conducted research, the conceptual bases of risks management in "man - machine - environment" systems were improved, principles and directions of minimization of negative manifestations of "human factor" in these systems were determined. The mathematical models of occupational risks management planning were developed, and the relationship between occupational risk level and occupational health and safety costs was established. The stochastic models for evaluation the risks level of management of occupational dangers origin based on Markov drift processes were developed. System of differential equations in partial derivatives and corresponding limiting conditions was derived and necessary indicators for risks evaluation of occupational dangers origin were determined such as the probability of exceeding the normalized accumulation of negative influence of the harmful production factor in employee, the probability of employment injury by an employee at a random period etc. Principles of automated complex protection of employees from the influence of occupational dangers that allows for permanent monitoring and operational correcting of parameters of negative influence of danger, harmful production and other factors on employee in "man - machine - environment" systems was formalized.
