Kalnytska M. Strategy and Mechanism of System Modernization of the Social Sphere of Ukraine’s Economy

Object: processes of modernization of the social sphere of the national economy. Purpose to develop theoretical, methodological and methodological foundations for the formation and implementation of the strategy and mechanisms of system modernization of the social sphere of Ukraine. Methods: logical generalization, grouping, analysis and synthesis, scientific method of statistical analysis and calculation, economic and mathematical forecasting, theoretical generalization, strategic management, system approach. It is offered: determinants of the social sphere system; theoretical and methodological provisions of the systemic modernization of the social sphere as an integrated state policy; methodological principles of the state policy of modernizing the social sphere in the system of balanced and coordinated social and economic development of the state; methodical tool for assessing the level of development of the social sphere of the state.
