The system of professional training of future specialists on the quality of education in higher education institutions is developed in the form of a schematic visualization of organizational, managerial and pedagogical measures of ensuring the effectiveness of the educational process of preparation as a unity of structural-organizational and structural-functional components in the target, organizational-formative and diagnostic-productive subsystems. The structural-functional model of formation of professional-practical managerial-qualitative competence of future specialists on the quality of education in higher education institutions is developed, based on the principles of system, program-target, structural-functional, synergetic, system-activity approaches. The organizational and pedagogical conditions are identified, including: constant updating of the content of professional training through the transformation of modern scientific knowledge into the educational process and the modernization of scientific, methodological, informational and analytical support; integration of professional practical training of future quality specialists with priority directions of research themes and works in the educational-scientific process with institutional and industrial internship and their scientific and methodological support; strategic partnership in training with prospective employers and research with responsible organizational-methodological and scientific-methodological informational support. The priority principles of control over quality management of professional training of future specialists on the quality of education in higher education institutions are outlined: humanitarization, social determination, humanization, scientific fundamentality, informational and technical provision, strategic forecasting of the state and development of education, science and innovation systems, efficiency, feedback, continuity, levels and prospects, democracy and centralism, motivation and unification of personnel, legal priority, financial and economic rationality, optimization of resource maintenance and institutional activity in the field of quality management. Academic foundations on the architectonics of the educational-scientific system of a higher education institution for the organization of quality management of the professional training of specialists and professionals (masters, postgraduates, PhD students) in the field of qualitology.
