Essay

Object: processes of formation and development of creative management at all levels of the hierarchical construction of the domestic economic system in the conditions of globalization and postindustrialization. Purpose to develop and substantiate theoretical-methodological and applied-science principles that determine the conceptual platform for the formation of processes of formation of creative management in Ukraine during the period of globalization and post-industrialization transformations of the world economic space. Methods: statistical (grouping and dynamic analysis), criterion-indicative, SWOT-analysis, index, prognostic, retrospective analysis, methods of visualization of researches, empirical (content analysis, sociological and expert), economics and mathematics (correlation-regression analysis); methods of modeling economic processes. It is offered: conceptual principles of structuring creative management at all levels of the hierarchy of the economic system as an additive model; logical scheme of construction of a technological breakthrough strategy of the economic system with step-by-step branching of development goals and methods of their achievement; principles of institutional regulation of the creative development of the economic system; economic and legal mechanism of development of private-public partnership in the field of scientific and technical initiatives. Scope of usage: Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
