Stepanova K. Theoretical and Methodological Basis of Maritime Economic Policy of Ukraine

The object is the process of forming the development policy of the marine economic complex of Ukraine in the new geopolitical conditions and modern integration processes; the goal is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of a policy for the development of marine economic activities in Ukraine and scientific and practical recommendations for the revival of the marine economic complex and the emergence of Ukraine as a sea power; methods - system-structural analysis; logical-analytical method and economic-statistical analysis; scientific abstraction; methods of fore-site and methods of economic and mathematical modeling; graphic description; novelty - the development of theoretical and methodological substantiation of the strategy for the development of maritime economic activity; theoretical and practical results, the degree of implementation - the main provisions, conclusions and recommendations are proposed and used in the Council of National Security and Defense of Ukraine (implementation act No. 1621 / 11-09 / 2-18 dated October 24, 2018) in ALC "Chernomorgidrostroy" In the planned activities for the development of infrastructure facilities of the maritime economy in the Primorsky regions (implementation act No. 10-15 of August 15, 2018); in the educational process of the ONU I.I. Mechnikova in lecture courses "Strategy for investment in joint ventures", "Regional economy" and workshops: "Practical work on modern problems of economic relations", during practical training, preparation of scientific works and writing diploma works by students "Economy" (implementation act No. 01/06 of 06/14/2018); in the educational process of the Odessa National Economic University in the preparation of lectures, conducting practical classes, in the degree design for the specialties 6.030504 "Enterprise Economics", 051 "Economics", 076 "Entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activities" (introduction act №01-17 / 997 from 06/21/2018); in the work of the State Ecological Inspectorate in the Odessa region and the State Ecological Inspectorate of the North-West region of the Black Sea (implementation act No. ГР - 5/10/17 of 10/19/2017) while systematizing the risks and threats of socio-economic and environmental safety marine dredging works in coastal waters; in the work of the Inter-Agency Coordination Council on Marine Research; The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the development of the State Scientific and Technical Program of Ukraine in the field of marine research and technology for the period 2019-2023.
