The institutional environment of the domestic information sphere is investigated, the transformation of state aid to the subjects of the information sphere of Ukraine is considered, the methodological and applied foundations of the analytical support of scenario regulation of sustainable development of the information sphere are formed. The economic parameters of sustainable development of the information sphere are determined, which made it possible to substantiate a methodological approach to assessing the development trend of the information sphere. The scientific-methodological foundations of the resource support of the activities of the subjects of the information sphere are formed. The methodological support of choosing the optimal option for implementing the mechanism of state stimulation of the sustainable development of the information sphere is systematized. Methodological foundations for assessing the level of sustainable development of the information sphere of Ukraine are proposed. A comprehensive scientific approach to the regulation of the sustainable development of the information sphere is proposed.
