The object of study - the processes of industrial enterprises' internationalization. The purpose of the thesis is the development of theoretical foundations, scientific and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the formation of organizational and economic mechanism of industrial enterprises" internationalization. Research methods: dialectical cognition; deduction and induction; epistemological, statistical, systemic, factor analyzes; formalization of complex structures; comparison; situational, synergistic, abstract-logical and hierarchical approaches; economic and mathematical modeling; artificial intelligence; method of expert assessments; graphical and tabular methods. The theoretical value of the work lies in the theoretical and methodological substantiation and solution of an important scientific problem - the internationalization of industrial enterprises through the development of organizational and economic mechanism. Practical guidelines allow business executives to make sound management decisions about their internationalization and profit maximization based on an analysis of available resources. The scientific novelty is the development of an organizational and economic mechanism for the internationalization of industrial enterprises, as well as a multicriteria approach to ensuring this process. The results of the work have been implemented at six domestic and foreign enterprises, as well as in the activities of the authorities and the educational process of the three universities.
