Liubarets V. Theory and practice of professional training of future managers of socio-cultural activities in the conditions of informatively-educational environment.

According to its goals and objectives this dissertation research carries out the theoretical generalization and practical solution to the scientific problem of substantiation of theoretical and practical bases of professional training of future managers of sociocultural activities in the conditions of informative and educational environment that takes into account the practical needs of the future specialists, the demands of society to the organization of the educational process. The research defines the sources of the transformational change and the necessity to upgrade management education in the sociocultural activities, which is due to the intensity of the industry and requires improvement. The author's interpretation defines the genesis of the concepts of "professional training of future managers of sociocultural activity in the context of informative and educational environment". The concept of professional training of future managers of sociocultural activity in the conditions of informative and educational environment in higher education institutions in accordance with the functional observance of the specifics of professional environments - recreational-aesthetic, psychological-rehabilitative restoration of personality and intellectual and professional potentiality of the future specialists, alternative resorts, hotels and restaurants, information-analytical service segments of the industrial and territorial significance under the conditions of application of methodological approaches to the organization of pedagogical and historical study of the traditions of the hospitality industry, special country studies, sociocultural management. The model of the system of professional training of future managers of sociocultural activity in the conditions of informative and educational environment is designed in synergetic combination of system blocks: target, scientific-methodical, content-forming and effective. The results of the study made it possible to substantiate the proposals on the prospects of professional training of future managers of sociocultural activity in the HEA. Further study will be provided by scientific and methodological provisions for the development of information and telecommunications provision of distance learning training for future managers of sociocultural activities.
