Object of the study: chronic heart failure with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and obesity. Aim: to improve the diagnosis, prognosis and increase the effectiveness of treatment of chronic heart failure in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and obesity by designing of an effective screening system for diagnosing of sleep-related breathing disorders, a comprehensive analysis of the clinical course, the state of the myocardium, heart rate variability, changes in microcirculation, biological markers of cardiovascular stress and determining the optimal combination of drug and non-drug correction of these disorders. Methods: clinical examination, questionnaires, instrumental, enzyme-linked immunosorbent, statistical methods. Scientific novelty: for the first time the effectiveness of screening diagnostics systems of sleep-related respiratory disorders in chronic heart failure and obesity has been evaluated. A modified scale has been designed for the diagnosis of apnea in patients with heart failure and obesity. The risk factors of the development and progression of chronic heart failure in patients with obstructive sleep apnea and obesity were determined. The approaches of optimization of the complex non-drug and drug treatment in patients with chronic heart failure, sleep apnea and obesity were proposed.
