Rejkin V. National Economy Deshadowing under Uncertainty Conditions

Object: the process of shadowing the economy. Purpose to develop theoretical and methodological foundations for the shadowing of the Ukrainian economy in the context of uncertainty and to formulate on this basis scientific recommendations for their practical implementation. Methods: historical and logical; scientific abstraction and concretization; synthesis and analysis; theoretical generalization; grouping; comparative analysis; correlation analysis; modeling; statistical; expert; methodical techniques of tabular and graphical representation; induction and deduction. It is offered: the scientific hypothesis concerning the shadowing of the national economy under the conditions of information, behavioral and predictive uncertainty on the conceptual basis of using the positive aspects of the socio-economic impact of shadowing has been confirmed; the necessity of application of a set of regulatory measures of the state policy of shadowing the economy is substantiated; neuro-fuzzy technologies of adaptive-simulation modeling and forecasting of volumes of shadowing of the Ukrainian economy at the macro level have been developed and applied; theoretical and methodological foundations of the shadow economy study under uncertainty.
