Brovko N. Philosophical and legal bases of formation of personality legal consciousness in conditions of transformation of educational process in Ukraine

In the first thesis chapter of the scientific work the author studies historical sources and defines the theoretical and methodological principles of the study deals with the philosophical and legal and methodological foundations of the research, analyzes the works of the classics of philosophy, psychology and jurisprudence on issues relating to all components of the system of education, education and education, both in their interrelationship and in relation to the specific features of each of them. The historical analysis of the main stages of development of the processes of education, education and acquisition of education as the main factors of the formation of the personality consciousness is carried out. The conclusion is that the process of formation of the person’s legal consciousness as a philosophical and legal category and a psychological phenomenon should be realized in accordance with generally accepted criteria of lawful behavior and legal culture in the relations between the individual and the society.
