Tkachuk R. Theoretical and applied bases of the informational technology of operational staff preparation for work in emergency situations

The dissertation is devoted to solving an urgent scientifically applied problem - the development of information technology for the preparation of operational personnel for work in emergency situations using system analysis, cognitive psychology and decision theory. The study of the problem of choosing management strategies for technogenic systems that operate in extreme and emergency conditions during emergency situations is carried out. The problem of the functional resilience of operational personnel operating in the face of threats during the adoption of terminal decisions on emergency response is investigated. Describes and justifies the model for constructing a deployment scenario for the intellectual activity of liquidators in emergency situations; their perception of events under stressful conditions based on the use of methods of cognitive psychology and a model of intellectual analysis of data flows about the state of an object. The features of displaying the operational situation in the neurostructure of the person making the decision in emergency situations, taking into account the terminal cycle of perception of information about the course of events, are studied. A structurally functional diagram of information technology has been developed for the implementation of the testing process and the selection of liquidators.
