Content of the categories of social, organizational and technological development is outlined. Theoretical foundations of technologization of the social activity as a natural component and the result of rationalization of the social space construction in the life of society are considered. Basic principles of the system organization of objects are established. Based on the systemic, systemic-and-functional and structural-and-functional approaches, imperatives of agro-industrial production development are determined, a conceptual model of the dairy industry and organization of the technology system in the dairy cattle breeding is developed, food chain system, which includes qualitative characteristics of agricultural products, consumer benefits of the demand of population, components of the nutritional value in the consumer demand for food products are formed.
