Kirichenko Y. Administrative-legal basis of the local self-government bodies’ activity in Ukraine

The theoretic-methodological, normative-legal and practical aspects of the activity of local self-government bodies in Ukraine are researched. The historical patterns of the formation and development of local self-government in Ukraine are considered. The place of local self-government bodies in the system of administrative law subjects, principles and normative-legal basis of local self-government bodies activity are determined. The essence and structure of the administrative-legal status of local self-government bodies are investigated. The administrative acts of local self-government bodies, administrative agreements in their activities, organizational-legal forms of municipal authorities’ activity in Ukraine are considered.
